Job Description

In this challenging role, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions for our clients. As a key member of our organization, your primary focus will be on driving growth by building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their expectations.

As a seasoned professional in the field, you will have extensive knowledge of Microsoft products, services, and integrations, with a strong emphasis on productivity, endpoint management, identity/access management, and virtual desktop solutions. Your expertise will enable you to effectively communicate complex ideas, identify opportunities for growth, and drive revenue expansion through strategic partnerships and campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience working in modern workspace-focused pre-sales environments, with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, Active Directory, Okta, Duo, Intune, SCCM, Workspace ONE UEM, Citrix DaaS, AVD, Nerdio, VMware Horizon, ControlUp, Surface, Dell Wyse, IGEL, and Copilot.
  • Pre-Sales Expertise: Strong ability to conduct whiteboarding sessions, create diagrams, and technical solution roadmaps, as well as present solutions to clients and address any issues/concerns.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to analyze existing and anticipated client requirements, promote consideration of companies' solutions and services, and demonstrate a strong understanding of market trends and industry developments.
