Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic support to top management through data-driven insights.

  • Support the development of growth strategies by conducting market research and financial modeling.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and valuation modeling to identify potential opportunities for acquisitions and partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends and update internal trackers to ensure timely decision-making.
  • Assist in preparing board materials, investor presentations, and strategic review documents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to project manage M&A execution, integration planning, and strategic initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA (Finance) from a top-tier institution or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years of total work experience in a relevant role, preferably in corporate strategy/development or M&A.

  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
