Job Title: ITSM Solution Architect

About the Role:

  • This is a technical leadership position that requires hands-on experience in designing and implementing IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in multiple ITSM tools and technologies, including REST APIs, SOAP integration, and CMDB.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Implementation
  1. Design and implement FreshService solutions, including REST API experience and incident support.
  2. Collaborate with Engineers and Business Analysts to design Functional Design Documents and Technical SOW documents.
  3. Develop and manage SNAP product and process communications.
  4. Resolve product and process issues, handle onboarding/offboarding, and provide feedback for process improvements.
Business System Engineer Analyst
  1. Collaborate effectively with other ITSM administrators to develop solutions and handle general updates and configurations changes and requests.
  2. Work closely with business and IT teams to gather input for configuration implementation and support.
  3. Participate in discussions with Business Analysts and design Functional Design Documents.
High-Level Engineer
  1. Customize ITSM applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and modules.
  2. Configure Application UI and Workflow.
  3. Interact with clients and participate in client and business discussions for requirements gathering and planning.
  4. Perform onsite design and functional review before delivering the modules.
