Natural Personal Care Innovator Role

Develop innovative and effective natural personal care products using fresh ingredients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for formulating, optimizing and conducting testing to ensure product efficacy and safety.

This role requires expertise in developing natural skincare, haircare and body care items with a focus on minimal processing and no preservatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and develop natural skincare, haircare and body care products.
  • Research and implement eco-friendly ingredients and technologies to stay ahead in the market.
  • Conduct stability testing, compatibility testing and performance evaluations to ensure product efficacy and safety.
  • Support product claims substantiation and regulatory documentation as needed.
  • Optimize processes for manufacturing efficiency in mid-scale to large-scale production.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical science, cosmetic science or Ayurveda.
  • Experience in personal care research and development preferably with formulated own products.
  • Familiarity with natural or Ayurvedic product formulation, understanding of natural preservatives, stabilizers, emulsifiers, surfactants, etc.
  • At least 2 years of industry experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
