Excellence in cleanliness is crucial to any successful organization. To achieve this, we need a leader who can develop and execute comprehensive strategies for housekeeping services that align with our overall objectives.

This individual will be responsible for establishing performance metrics (KPIs) to measure and continuously improve cleaning quality, efficiency, and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize housekeeping operations.
  • Establish performance metrics (KPIs) to measure cleaning quality, efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
  • Oversee the budget for housekeeping department, including labor costs and equipment procurement.
  • Implement standardized cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Leverage technology to optimize workflows and track service delivery.
  • Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff, supervisors, and vendors, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
  • Develop training programs covering best practices, safety protocols, and customer service.
  • Create work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
  • Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations related to commercial facilities.
  • Implement infection prevention measures to maintain a healthy work environment.
  • Regularly review and update safety procedures and cleaning protocols to mitigate potential hazards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in housekeeping or facility management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing a large corporate environment.
