Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage intellectual property rights and coordinate with various teams for timely replenishment of protocols.
  • Support project managers in forecasting, demand, and supply planning to ensure effective inventory management.
  • Track end-to-end MAP requests for timely delivery of drugs to patients.
  • Coordinate with CMR for approvals and documents pre and post shipment.
  • Archive MAP supplies related documents in a Novartis approved repository for audit readiness.
  • Prepare monthly dashboards and performance reports to support project managers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and highlight the need for replenishment.
  • Support project managers in efficient stock utilization and reconciliation.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects and collaborate with ESP for MAP supplies activities.

Essential Requirement:

  • Report deviations through timely escalations.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance quality and productivity.
  • Regularly communicate with customers and partners for feedback and process knowledge acquisition.
  • Ensure training on relevant procedures before taking up GxP activities.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of GxP requirements.
