Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Taxation Professional to spearhead our advisory services in mergers and acquisitions. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert guidance to clients across various sectors.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic engagements for multinational corporations involving complex taxation matters, ensuring seamless execution and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, identify new opportunities, and develop innovative solutions that meet clients' commercial objectives.
  • Analyze tax implications of mergers and acquisitions, devise effective structuring strategies, and manage end-to-end regulatory processes to minimize risks.
  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence, advise clients on negotiation terms, and provide practical solutions to resolve complex taxation issues.
Client Engagement & Business Development:
  • Maintain open communication channels with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure successful project delivery and build strong relationships.
  • Liaise with client representatives to understand their needs, preferences, and goals, and tailor our services accordingly.
  • Foster a professional network, establish credibility, and demonstrate expertise in taxation and mergers and acquisitions.
Tax Advisory & Compliance:
  • Evaluate tax implications of business transactions, identify areas of optimization, and develop targeted strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve.
Knowledge Management:
  • Stay updated on the latest tax compliance landscape, explore technological innovations, and implement efficient processes to enhance service delivery.
  • Share acquired knowledge with team members, facilitate training and development, and contribute to the growth of our expertise in taxation.
Team Collaboration & People Management:
