As a Business Development Manager at Rise Agro Infra Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for developing a growth strategy that focuses on both financial gain and customer satisfaction. This includes conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs, arranging business meetings with prospective clients, and promoting the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.

Key responsibilities include preparing sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines, keeping records of sales, revenue, invoices, and providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. Additionally, you will be expected to build long-term relationships with new and existing customers and develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.

Requirements for this role include a proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role, a proven sales track record, and experience in customer support. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is also required, as well as proficiency in English and market knowledge in IT. Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to build rapport and manage the team, and time management and planning skills are also essential.

Education-wise, a B. Tech and in business administration, sales, or a relevant field is preferred.
