Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Manager at Onxx Staffing Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and managing a high-performing team.

Strategic planning is key to growing our business across all B2C and B2B branches.

You will advise clients on profitable investment opportunities in equity, commodity, and currency products.

Maintaining strong relationships with customers through regular visits, calls, and correspondence is crucial.

You will identify, acquire, develop, and maintain customer relationships to drive business growth.

Delivering exceptional customer support and creating cross-sell and up-sell opportunities are essential.

You will plan projects and activities systematically in line with business priorities.

Staying up-to-date with competitor activity, products, and services is vital.

Attending and contributing to sales meetings is also a key responsibility.

Measuring customer satisfaction levels and answering product-related questions from customers are also part of the role.

Core Responsibilities:

Managing team activities and developing and increasing overall market share across all segments.

Identifying prospective clients and generating business from existing and new clients to achieve business targets.

Individual HNI clients sales targets and making strategic planning to grow business and managing relationships with HNI clients and retail clients.

Negotiating mutually profitable investment opportunities with clients by creating cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

Planning projects and activities systematically in line with business priorities.

Attending and contributing to sales meetings and measuring customer satisfaction levels.
