Position Overview:

  • We are seeking highly skilled professionals to fill Counselor and Telecaller roles, responsible for guiding prospective clients or students through our programs or services.
Counselor Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Engage with prospective clients or students through in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to provide comprehensive information about our programs, services, admission requirements, and benefits.
  • Needs Assessment: Understand the aspirations and needs of each individual and recommend suitable programs or services accordingly.
  • Counseling Sessions: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to help clients make informed decisions aligned with their goals.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships and rapport with clients to foster a supportive and empathetic counseling environment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of counseling interactions, progress, and follow-up actions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline application and enrollment processes.
Telecaller Responsibilities
  • Prospect Engagement: Engage with prospective clients or students through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to provide accurate and detailed information about our programs, services, and benefits.
  • Inquiry Resolution: Address inquiries, concerns, and questions in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Lead Management: Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor to create a favorable impression. Keep records of interactions, inquiries, and follow-up actions using CRM software.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the counseling and admissions teams to ensure a seamless transition for interested individuals.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve and exceed individual targets for inquiries, conversions, and customer satisfaction. Provide feedback and insights to enhance the telecalling process and materials.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Counseling, Communications).
  • Proven experience as a Counselor, Telecaller, or customer service representative is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Empathetic and patient attitude to understand and address the needs of clients or students.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust over the phone and in-person.
  • Familiarity with counseling techniques, educational programs, and admissions processes.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, communication tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Time management skills to effectively manage counseling sessions or telecalling interactions.
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
