Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to oversee the daily operations of our accounts payable and B2C revenue departments. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing AR/O2C processes, building strong customer relationships, and supervising a team of accounts receivable clerks or specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end AR/O2C processes
  • Develop and maintain effective customer relationships
  • Supervise and mentor accounts receivable teams
  • Continuously review and improve accounts receivable processes and systems
  • Implement automation tools to streamline workflows
  • Analyze and prepare accounts receivable reports for management and financial reporting purposes
  • Publish dashboards for management insights
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
  • Provide accounting guidance on new business transactions
  • Collaborate with auditors on timely audit closures
  • Prepare monthly MIS and quarterly/yearly financials

Requirements:

  • CA with 4-6 years of work experience in travel industry/B2B setups
  • IFRS/Ind-AS expertise is mandatory
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
