Job Title

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1-4 years of experience to lead our recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a similar industry or market context.
  • Strong understanding of local employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment software, with a proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
