About Compensation and Benefits Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compensation and benefits design, including pay ranges, structuring, and benefits selection
  • Delivery of high-quality compensation and benefits solutions for clients
  • Alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Market benchmarking and advisory services for compensation and benefits
  • Job evaluation and leveling to ensure fairness and equity
  • Annual compensation cycle budgeting, management, and execution
  • Presentation of solutions and recommendations to clients and internal teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a compensation role
  • All-round understanding of Total Rewards design principles and their application
  • Familiarity with one or more leading Job Evaluation frameworks
  • Experience in conducting annual compensation cycles
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel
