Clinical Data Management Specialist

As a Clinical Data Management Specialist, you will be responsible for defining project specifications for data management services, including protocol conversion, database build, CRF design and data review and reconciliation tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to ensure timely delivery of high-quality data management services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand external data collection, its integration into the clinical trial, and the management and reconciliation processes required to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Design and implement data cleaning strategies to accelerate time to achieve subject data cleanliness.
  • Perform holistic data review and trending analysis via reporting and analytics to proactively identify issues, risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Utilize artificial intelligence and machine learning for anomaly and outlier detection to enhance efficiency and quality of trial data.
  • Monitor and interpret key performance indicators, metrics, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable recommendations to study leads/project managers.
  • Manage query resolution and define specifications for centralized data management platform configuration.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data management documentation and update throughout the trial lifecycle.

Additional responsibilities include reviewing and ensuring quality control of team-developed deliverables, collaborating as part of a team, and ensuring compliance with industry quality standards, regulations, guidelines, and procedures.
