ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant, where you will play a key role in implementing and configuring the Midserver configuration, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph Connector (SGC) within the ServiceNow platform.

As a seasoned professional with extensive experience in ITOM implementation and configuration, you will be responsible for ensuring technically feasible solutions and representing project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes. Strong communication skills are essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good understanding of Networking concepts, including DMZ zone, Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud environment, and Industrial control system architecture.
  • Prior experience with implementing OT Visibility and OT Asset Management & OT Service Management modules in ServiceNow is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in ITOM implementation and configuration.
  • Knowledge of Windows, Linux/UNIX administrations, and Power/Shell scripting is necessary.
  • Basic understanding of Database level architecture and SQL query writing is also desirable.
  • Experience with scripting automated processes, including Business rule, script action, and data import, is also desirable.
