Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Windows EUC professional to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our Windows EUC environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the lifecycle of end-user computing devices, including inventory, software deployment, and asset management.
  • Configuring and maintaining the Juriba tool to meet business requirements for asset tracking, deployment, and management.
  • Developing and maintaining workflows and automation within Juriba for streamlining end-user computing tasks such as onboarding, hardware refresh, and software deployment.
  • Generating and maintaining reports within Juriba for asset visibility, deployment status, and lifecycle management.
  • Managing the Windows EUC environment, ensuring the timely deployment and management of Windows 10/11 operating systems and related applications across the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Windows EUC management, including expertise in Windows 10/11 environments and device management tools like Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and Intune.
  • Hands-on experience with the Juriba tool for end-user computing management, including lifecycle management, asset tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of Windows OS deployment strategies, including Windows Autopilot, Imaging, and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
  • Familiarity with Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy (GPO) for device and user management.
  • Experience with patch management, security updates, and ensuring compliance within the Windows EUC environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, particularly in resolving EUC issues related to Windows OS, hardware, and application compatibility.
  • Good working knowledge of PowerShell or other scripting languages to automate processes in Windows EUC environments.
