About the Role:

Alstom is a leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow's mobility. We are looking for an Operational Trainee to join our team and contribute to our mission of making mobility smarter and more sustainable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle, store goods and raw materials in the factory or the warehouse.
  • Set up production equipment, including robots, machines, workstations, test benches, and inspection tools.
  • Clean and maintain working areas and production equipment.
  • Perform manufacturing and production tasks as planned by the MRP (Material Requirements Planning).
  • Respect task time and quality level assigned by operating instructions, methods processes, and MRP routing.
  • Identify parts as required by the operating instruction.
  • Monitor the production process and carry out basic testing and quality checks.
  • Alert the Team Leader on process drift or quality problems.
  • Complete tally sheets on the MRP tool if requested by the Team Leader.
  • Pack goods ready for shipment in crates or other containers.
  • Respect ESD rules for electronics devices production.
  • Comply with EHS rules.

Performance Measurements:

  • Manufacturing efficiency: spent time vs methods time.
  • Product quality target.
  • Deliver production tasks on time.
  • EHS rules respect.
