Job Summary:
As the Training Manager for C-Store Technology Products and Services, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs for both external C-store customers and internal staff. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all stakeholders have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively utilize our technology solutions, thereby maximizing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction within the convenience store (C-store) industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Training Program Development:

- Design and develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, videos, and interactive modules, tailored to the specific needs of C-store customers and internal staff.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure training content reflects the latest features, updates, and best practices for our technology products and services.

**Training Delivery**:

- Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for C-store owners, managers, and frontline staff, in-person or virtually, to ensure they understand how to effectively utilize our technology solutions.
- Provide ongoing training support through webinars, workshops, and remote coaching sessions to address any questions or concerns and reinforce learning outcomes.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-store owners, franchisees, and internal departments, to understand their training needs and expectations.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering guidance and support on how our technology solutions can drive business growth and enhance operational performance.

**Performance Evaluation**:

- Develop assessment tools and metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs and evaluate the proficiency of trainees in utilizing our technology solutions.
- Analyze training feedback and performance data to identify areas for improvement and refine training strategies accordingly.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the landscape within the C-store sector to continuously enhance training content and methodologies.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve training efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably within the retail or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of C-store operations and familiarity with common technology solutions used in the industry.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), multimedia authoring tools, and other training software platforms.
- Flexibility to travel as needed to conduct on-site training sessions and attend industry events.
