About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Lead - Front End to join our Commercialization IT function in Hyderabad, India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and contributing to the design, development, and deployment of digital capabilities that drive effective customer engagement and experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in software development, with a proven track record of working on front-end development projects. You will be expected to partner with our Commercialization IT leads and broader IT matrix organization to deliver digital solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Commercialization IT leads and IT partners to design, develop, and implement digital capabilities that drive effective customer engagement and experience.
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and use cases, and improve or align requirement outcomes to deliver successful releases for new initiatives and enhancements.
  • Have a solid understanding of Veeva Vault PromoMats and MedComms development processes, as well as experience managing the end-to-end content lifecycle.
  • Provide hands-on support for applications and dependent apps, and assist with tracking, logging, monitoring, and driving to resolution of end-user issues.
  • Design and conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) with user management, security, data privacy, and performance as key considerations.
  • Demonstrate the ability to identify high-value capabilities with clear differentiators when making digital capability platform choices.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in an IT technical role.
  • 3+ years of experience in web development, including HTML/CSS, JavaScript/Typescript, Vue.js/React.js, Pinia, Git/GitHub/SVN, NPM/Pip, Axios/Fetch API to integrate with APIs, Vite, Docker, AWS S3 webkit, Tailwind css, Basic Python, Figma, command line tools, IDE (VSCode, Pycharm), SQL, working with databases.
  • Experience with creating/maintaining standard documentation such as SDD, Configuration Tracker, Deployment Checklists, Change Requests etc.
  • Ability to clearly document Knowledge Base Documents, SOPs, User Manuals/Training Materials for local and global teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Veeva system integrations and content authoring tools.
