Delivery Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead our team in Bangalore, India.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of 20+ recruitment professionals in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Manage and oversee the entire recruitment cycle to meet client hiring needs within defined SLAs.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client demands while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver customized recruitment solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports on team performance, recruitment progress, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Management: Manage and lead a team of at least 20 recruiters, ensuring high performance and continuous skill development.
  • Client Delivery & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective delivery of IT staffing solutions.
  • Recruitment Strategy & Process Improvement: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client demands while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure that all recruitment processes are in line with organizational policies and compliance requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to align recruitment strategies with business goals and client expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT staffing, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Team Handling: Proven track record of managing and leading a team of 20+ recruitment professionals in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Expertise in IT Staffing: Deep understanding of IT recruitment processes, technologies, and the IT staffing industry.
  • Client Management: Strong experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to manage multiple clients and deliver high-quality staffing solutions.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Metric-Driven: Experience with recruitment metrics, SLAs, and reporting.
  • Problem Solving: Strong decision-making skills with the ability to resolve issues and find creative solutions to challenges.
  • Desirable: Experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) staffing models, knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in IT recruitment and staffing.

Salary Estimate: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum based on experience.
