Finance Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to assume a leadership role in our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial operations, budgeting, and analysis, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure financial accuracy and prepare financial statements.

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in MIS, budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • CA Intermediate / M.Com / MBA Finance degree.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
  • Strong knowledge in financial reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and handle deadlines.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry is an added advantage.
  • Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
