About This Role

This senior finance position is responsible for overseeing the complete contract-to-invoice lifecycle for global software agreements. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with company policies, revenue recognition standards, service provisioning, and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities include managing centralized repositories, validating billing frequency, payment terms, taxation, and revenue allocation in contracts. The ideal candidate will also lead the invoicing team to guarantee timely, accurate, and compliant customer billing.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business; MBA is a plus.
  • 10–14 years of experience in finance, contracts management, invoicing, or revenue assurance in SaaS/B2B.
  • 2–3 years of experience leading contracts/invoicing/finance operations teams.
  • Prior exposure to cross-functional project delivery and system implementations is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS contracts, invoicing workflows, revenue recognition, and compliance frameworks.
  • Hands-on expertise in Salesforce CRM, CLM systems, and ERP/Finance platforms (Oracle, SAP, etc.).
  • Proficiency in UAT/project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Agile).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
