Job Title: Collections Executive
">- Collect outstanding payments from clients to minimize financial losses and maintain a healthy cash flow.
- Conduct thorough credit assessments to determine the likelihood of repayment.
- Develop effective strategies to recover debts, working closely with customers to find mutually beneficial solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to ensure seamless communication and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Identify areas for improvement in the collection process and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify trends.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including data protection and anti-money laundering requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in collections and credit management.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, finance, accounting).
- Proven experience in collections or credit management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
