Role Description

This role involves overseeing MIS and strategy functions across marketing and admissions. The successful candidate will ensure data accuracy, analyze operations and trends, prepare reports, track performance metrics, and support strategic planning, budgeting, and target-setting.

  1. Maintain accurate data across marketing and admissions.
  2. Analyze operations, trends, costs, and revenues to forecast performance and provide actionable insights.
  3. Prepare variance and productivity reports comparing targets vs. actual achievements.
  4. Extract CRM reports and track daily team performance metrics.
  5. Participate in process review meetings and support budgeting, target-setting, and periodic reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient with software systems such as LSQ; tech-savvy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Office applications and operating systems.
  • 6–9 years of relevant work experience.
