**Job Title: Senior Data Architecture Specialist**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Architecture Specialist to join our Data Warehouse team. As a key member of this team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture, mentoring senior engineers, and engaging directly with clients.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in data engineering, with 4+ years leading teams. They should possess strong coding expertise in Python, JVM, and Shell scripting, as well as experience with cloud-native data-intensive applications and AWS.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have a deep understanding of data warehouse design and development using modern tools, including Databricks and dbt. Expertise in Airflow, Spark, and file formats such as Parquet, Delta Lake, and OTFs is also required.

Good to Have skills include familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes for containerization, IaC tools, and observability systems like Datadog, Prometheus, and Grafana.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and mentor a team of Sr. Engineers
  • Drive client communication, requirement gathering, and roadmap planning
  • Identify risks and provide mitigation strategies
  • Conduct PR reviews and guide best practices
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
