We are seeking an experienced Oral Care Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of our oral care brands globally. This role plays a key part in driving innovation and scaling up our oral care portfolio worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will develop and implement a 3-year innovation strategy for our oral care brand portfolio across regions.
  • Collaborate with Consumer Market Insights (CMI) teams to generate sharp market insights through consumer study, analysis, and market observation.
  • Work closely with marketing managers to create best-in-class omni-channel marketing plans and communication strategies for launching new products and activating businesses.
  • SUPPORT SALES MANAGERS TO ENSURE ON-TIME-IN-FULL DELIVERY OF KEY PROJECTS AND TARGETS.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in developing and delivering projects across regions, prioritizing collaboration and effective project management.
  • Regularly report on business performance and brand seeding reviews to ensure strategic objectives are met.
  • Contribute to Annual Joint Business Planning with key customers, ensuring alignment and growth opportunities.
  • Achieve a minimum sales target of $50 million within the next three years.
