As a seasoned flavour expert, you will lead the development of our Oral Care flavour program. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver winning flavours.

  • Develop and execute the flavour strategy, encompassing both technical and consumer insights.
  • Drive quality standards of flavoured products to deliver on brand expectations.
  • Collaborate with flavour houses to translate the flavour direction into desirable flavours.
  • Lead input of flavour related perspectives to ensure risks are identified and mitigated.
  • Ensure timely delivery of flavour related activities within project plans.
