Job Overview
Coffeee is seeking a highly experienced Senior HCM Cloud Consultant to lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM cloud implementations. This individual will be responsible for ensuring successful design, configuration, testing, and deployment of the system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and guide project teams throughout all project phases.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and deliver effective solutions.
- Configure HCM modules following best practices.
- Oversee data migration, system integrations, and reporting tool configurations.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), system validation, and provide post-implementation support.
- Advise on Oracle HCM best practices, capabilities, limitations, and workarounds.
- Mentor junior consultants and assist with pre-sales activities when required.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, with at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations.
- Deep expertise in Core HCM Modules: Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits.
- Advanced experience with Talent Management, Learning Management, and Compensation Management.
- Proficiency in configuring HCM modules, data migration, and reporting tools.
- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
