Digital Workplace Engineering Manager

Job Description:

As a Digital Workplace Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for designing and building automation workflows and applications to enhance the employee experience. You will work closely with business leaders to translate business problems into technology solutions, leveraging modern workplace trends and application within our enterprise context.

You will develop and support Copilot/AI agent solutions to boost productivity and surface insights, conduct environment-specific use case discovery and assessment, and implement intelligent orchestration across workplace systems.

  • Develop automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (Power Platform) and custom apps using Power Apps to digitize and streamline processes.
  • Build and enhance interactive dashboards and analytics solutions using Power BI for data-driven decision-making.
  • Create, configure, and deploy Copilot-based AI agents for productivity, insights, and self-service use cases.
  • Integrate AI models (including Azure OpenAI Service) into enterprise workflows for enhanced decision-making and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build automation workflows and applications to enhance the employee experience.
  • Develop and support Copilot/AI agent solutions to boost productivity and surface insights.
  • Implement intelligent orchestration across workplace systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in Digital Workplace, End User Computing or Automation/AI Solutions development.
  • Proven track record of building automation solutions, AI integrations, and workplace orchestration in enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, endpoint management, collaboration tools, automation/orchestration, and security compliance.
  • Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making capabilities.
