Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a data-driven and strategic-thinking digital marketing specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in performance marketing, specifically with e-commerce companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy and Optimization: Develop, build, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and other performance platforms.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Client Reporting and Reviews: Own weekly client reporting and strategic reviews, ensuring timely and accurate communication of campaign results.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with SEO, social media, and email teams to drive integrated results and maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • A/B Testing: Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages to identify opportunities for improvement and inform future campaign strategies.
  • Budget Reallocation and Scaling: Proactively pitch budget reallocation and scaling strategies to clients, ensuring optimal ROI and revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • 6-9 years of experience in a performance marketing role at an agency focused on e-commerce.
  • Experience working with B2C companies and excellent communication skills, as interaction with US clients is required.
  • Proven track record of managing at least $5K+ monthly ad spend per client.
  • Ability to think beyond click-through rates (CTRs) and understand return on ad spend (ROAS), margins, funnel bottlenecks, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Proficiency with Paid Ads like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and attribution tools.
  • Strong hands-on skills with AI tools for ad copy, audience research, or automation.
  • A strategic mindset, thinking why, not just how.
