We are looking for a highly skilled professional to manage our online selling platforms, enhance digital presence and ensure excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage product listings, pricing, promotions and inventory on e-commerce platforms.
  • Analyze website performance metrics and sales trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure seamless payment integrations and transactions.
  • Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, emails and other channels.
  • Provide prompt and professional support to ensure positive customer experience.
  • Maintain client relationships to enhance retention and loyalty.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns to boost sales and customer engagement.
  • Contribute to social media and digital marketing activities to increase online presence.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to improve products services and experiences.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing logistics and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions sales and support tickets.
  • Generate reports on sales performance customer satisfaction and campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in e-commerce online sales or customer support.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify Razorpay and similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of website analytics sales tracking and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication skills (calls emails WhatsApp client communication).
  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic understanding of email marketing tools.
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in online selling and customer support.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools email automation and reporting dashboards.
  • Knowledge of online payment gateways and e-commerce workflows.
