Key Responsibilities:
  • Transform conceptual sketches into precise plans using advanced CAD software.
  • Ensure designs meet building codes and regulations while maintaining the highest standard.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate structural, electrical, and mechanical plans into a cohesive design.
  • Drive project efficiency by assisting in material selection, quantity take-offs, and cost estimations.
  • Solve complex design issues using analytical skills to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as an Architectural Drafter, with a strong portfolio in building/infrastructure projects.
  • Expert proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; Revit or other BIM software experience is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of building design, construction materials, technical specifications, and Indian building codes.
  • A keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
  • Associate's degree, Diploma, or certification in Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
