Job Overview

The Cloud Administrator is a key professional responsible for designing, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure. They must have extensive knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), strong automation skills, and a deep understanding of cloud security, monitoring, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deploy enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Lead large-scale cloud projects, including on-premises to cloud migrations, re-architecture, and hybrid strategies.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
  • Develop cloud governance frameworks, including cost optimization, resource tagging, policy enforcement, and compliance controls.
  • Automate provisioning, monitoring, and incident response using DevOps and SRE practices.
  • Collaborate with InfoSec to ensure cloud infrastructure meets industry security standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar.
  • Experience leading large-scale cloud projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional.

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment aligned with market hours. Flexible working arrangements with occasional on-call or off-hours support are available.
