Job Title: Equity Advisor Team Lead


Job Description:


We are seeking a highly skilled Equity Advisor Team Lead to join our team at InstaTalent Recruit LLP. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for managing a team of equity advisors and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.


Key Responsibilities:



  2. Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  3. Manage and motivate a team of equity advisors to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop marketing strategies.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to address them.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
  7. Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, using this information to inform business decisions and strategies.
  8. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  9. Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity within the team.
  10. Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  11. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and partnerships.
  12. Manage and track budgets and expenses, ensuring that the team operates within approved limits.
  13. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  14. Stay informed about regulatory changes and ensure that the team is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:



  • 5+ years of experience in a business development or sales leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective processes and procedures.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial metrics.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
