Senior Enterprise Sales Specialist

Job Description:
  • Drive revenue growth by addressing the unique needs of each customer and partner.
  • Develop business plans that align with geographic and business needs, and collaborate with marketing to develop and execute marketing plans.
  • Maintain high levels of customer and partner satisfaction within accounts in your territory.
Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide them with appropriate information and solutions based on their specific needs and interests.
  2. Engage and work with business partners as necessary.
  3. Follow up on all leads supplied and ensure internal systems are updated.
  4. Understand and work through all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations and closing.
  5. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the territory, including customers, prospects, partners, influencers and competitors.
  6. Maintain a positive, professional attitude and demonstrate company core values.
  7. Coordinate, plan and schedule sales support functions with technical sales staff.
  8. Leverage relationships to open doors to new strategic business opportunities.
  9. Manage a growing team of senior individual contributors responsible for acquiring new customers and managing relationships with existing clients across the region.
  10. Collaborate with the sales team to penetrate ABM targeted accounts with innovative approaches based on territory.
  11. Research and identify new accounts, contacts and opportunities with segment.
Requirements:
  • Candidates should have at least 8-12 years of good enterprise sales experience in SAAS/B2B product-based organizations.
  • This is an IC Lead Generation to Closure role where the person will be responsible for driving revenue growth.
