Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients and managing existing relationships to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across restaurants, hotels, cafes, and event venues.
  • Manage B2B client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to stay on top of F&B trends and competitors.
  • Develop customized proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Coordinate with operations, culinary teams, and marketing to deliver consistent service.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and F&B events to build a network and generate leads.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in F&B sales or hospitality sales (2–5 years minimum).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Understanding of food service operations, products, and trends.
  • Ability to manage accounts and multitask under pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
