Job Title:

Senior RTL Design Engineer for Wireless Communication Systems



We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RTL Design Engineer to lead the development of cutting-edge wireless communication technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital design and RTL implementation for WLAN systems, with expertise in VHDL/Verilog and digital design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and develop advanced WLAN PHY baseband digital circuits and algorithms
* Implement RTL designs using VHDL/Verilog for WLAN systems
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PHY design with MAC and RF components
* Conduct simulations and verification of designs to ensure functionality and performance
* Optimize designs for power, area, and performance metrics
* Participate in design reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement
* Debug and troubleshoot RTL designs using appropriate tools and methodologies

Requirements:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
* 3-8 years of experience in digital design and RTL coding, preferably in WLAN PHY systems
* Strong proficiency in VHDL/Verilog and digital design principles
* Experience with synthesis and timing analysis tools such as Synopsys Design Compiler or Cadence Genus
* Familiarity with simulation tools like ModelSim or Questa
* Knowledge of WLAN standards (IEEE and protocols is a plus
* Experience with FPGA and ASIC design flows
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with attention to detail
