Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team at Inspira Realty. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of work experience in the real estate industry and a proven track record in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to enhance the company's market presence.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in sales, specifically within the real estate industry.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Strong team leadership skills to manage and motivate a sales team effectively.
- Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and build lasting relationships with clients.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey ideas clearly.
