Experience Manager - Travel Operations

We are seeking an experienced Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective management of travel bookings, reservations, and emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage real-time on-trip queries from customers, providing timely and efficient resolutions.
  • C coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and transport providers to resolve urgent issues and ensure seamless travel experiences.
  • Provide immediate assistance for any itinerary changes or disruptions, maintaining clear and timely communication with customers.
  • Document all queries and resolutions for continuous service improvement.
  • Work closely with the day shift team to ensure smooth handovers and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, travel operations, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Familiarity with travel bookings, reservations, and emergency handling.
  • Ability to work independently and make quick judgments.
  • Customer-first approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
