Airport Operations Manager

The Aerodome Rescue and Firefighting leader will oversee rescue and firefighting services at multiple airports. Ideal candidates should have 7-15 years of experience in the airports industry, with a strong understanding of fire safety protocols, emergency response procedures, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Crash Fire Tender team to ensure round-the-clock readiness for emergency response.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols in compliance with local and international aviation safety standards.
  • Conduct regular training and drills for peak performance and readiness.
  • Coordinate with airport authorities, airlines, and emergency services for seamless emergency response and mutual aid.
  • Oversee maintenance and readiness of ARFF vehicles, equipment, and firefighting systems.
  • Prepare and analyze incident reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards related to ARFF services.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Fire Science, Aviation Management, or related field.
  • Advanced certifications in Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF).
Certification Requirements:
  • Valid certification from a recognized aviation authority.
  • Valid certification in Fire Safety and Prevention.
Preferred Experience:
  • 10-15 years of experience in the airports industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF) services.
  • Proven track record of leadership and team management.
