Operations Manager Position

The company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the academic department.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and improving key operational metrics, such as teacher attendance and student engagement, while ensuring exceptional learner and teacher experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and Improve Operational Metrics: The Operations Manager will be responsible for tracking and analyzing key operational metrics, including teacher attendance and student engagement.
  • Design and Implement Solutions: Based on analysis, the Operations Manager will design and implement solutions to improve operational metrics and enhance the learning experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, preferably in edtech, education, or service-oriented industries
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in operational KPIs and performance dashboards
