This is a strategic role focused on identifying, testing and scaling initiatives that can unlock new growth or operational efficiency. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with product, operations, strategy and client teams to execute pilot projects from scoping to handoff.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in strategy, product ops, consulting, growth or project management roles. Strong analytical skills, Excel and basic SQL knowledge are essential for this position. You should also be able to lead projects independently and work in unstructured environments.

  • Own the end-to-end execution of pilot projects: stakeholder alignment, execution, measurement and handoff.
  • Analyse performance data and user feedback to make recommendations on whether to scale, iterate or sunset initiatives.
  • Develop internal documentation and frameworks to capture learnings and share them across the organisation.
