We are seeking a dedicated customer support specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will assist customers via chat and email during overnight hours, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via chat and email during night shift hours.
  • Provide personalized assistance to customers, offering tailored solutions and guidance.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with team members for seamless support operations.
  • Stay up-to-date on product/service knowledge for accurate information and assistance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to customer support enhancements.

Requirements:

  • This is an in-office day job.
  • Previous customer support experience or related field is preferred.
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong English command.
  • Multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently during night shift hours.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and ticketing systems is beneficial.
