Job Overview

Murex System Expertise is required for this role.

  • This position ensures the availability, stability and reliability of Murex systems in production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and supporting Murex applications to guarantee their high availability and optimal performance.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving incidents in a timely manner according to Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Performing log analysis, root-cause identification, and implementing permanent fixes.
  • Collaborating with infrastructure, DBA, and network teams to address environment-related issues.
  • Supporting system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning activities.

Required Skills:

  • 2-4 years of experience in IT support with hands-on knowledge of Python, Java, Cloud (AWS & Azure), and PostgreSQL.
  • At least 2 years of direct experience with Murex.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective communication and coordination abilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Knowledge of ITIL processes including incident, problem, and change management.
  • Experience with automation or scripting for production support.
  • Exposure to financial products and trading systems.
