Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester with a strong background in Murex testing to fill this position. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Murex architecture and workflows, as well as proficiency in scripting languages for automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Murex modules (Front Office, Back Office, Risk, Interfaces, etc.).
  • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing using automation tools.
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and support teams to understand requirements and validate system behavior.
  • Implement automation frameworks and ensure reusability, maintainability, and scalability of scripts.
  • Track defects, log issues, and perform retesting in coordination with development teams.
  • Participate in test planning, test case design, and test execution cycles.
  • Ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices.
  • Provide regular status updates and test progress reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Murex testing.
  • Hands-on experience in Murex automation tools.
  • A deep understanding of Murex architecture and workflows (FO, BO, Risk, Accounting, and Interfaces).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Java, Python, or similar) for automation.
  • Experience with test management tools (JIRA, ALM, or similar).
  • Knowledge of SQL and ability to write complex queries for test data validation.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
