About the Job: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team in day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be proficient in handling various administrative duties, providing clerical support, and having experience in bookkeeping to ensure efficient office operation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize office operations and procedures, including filing systems, supply requisitions, and scheduling appointments.
  • Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
  • Greet and assist visitors professionally and courteously.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate personnel.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Maintain and update company databases and records.
  • Assist in preparing expense reports and other financial documentation.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and generating financial reports.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or relevant administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
  • Experience in bookkeeping.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.


Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum
