We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Product Design Intern to collaborate on the development of innovative products. This role involves assisting in concept generation, refining design ideas, and bringing them to life through prototyping and production.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sketch new product concepts and refine design ideas with our team.
  • Utilize 3D CAD modeling software to create detailed designs.
  • Create high-quality visualizations to showcase product aesthetics and functionality.
  • Work closely with engineers to ensure manufacturability and feasibility.
  • Develop prototypes and conduct testing to validate design concepts.
  • Pursue research on materials, ergonomics, and design trends to enhance product innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possess a degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Mechanical Design, or a related field.
  • Proficient in CAD software (e.g., Autodesk Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Rhino, or similar).
  • Demonstrate strong sketching and visualization skills.
  • Familiarity with materials, manufacturing processes, and prototyping techniques is essential.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail are vital.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with design tools like Fusion or Keyshot is highly valued.
  • Hands-on experience with prototyping tools (3D printing, metal prototyping, etc.) is beneficial.
  • A passion for problem-solving and customer-centric design is advantageous.
