Visual Storyteller

We seek an expert in visual design to lead the creation of engaging stories, campaigns, and characters.

  • Maintain and evolve the visual language across all brand touchpoints (digital, social, print, pitch decks, comics)
  • Design creative templates and visual systems that can scale across teams and franchises.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to design assets for campaigns, launches, and events

The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced startup or creative agency. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is required, with Figma or Canva knowledge being a plus.

A strong portfolio showcasing creativity across static, dynamic, and branded content is essential. Understanding of storytelling, composition, and design for diverse formats (print, digital, motion) is also necessary.

Key skills include the ability to simplify complex ideas into stunning visuals that grab attention and communicate quickly, comfortable juggling multiple design tasks with speed, precision, and polish, working well with cross-functional teams while taking initiative and owning your work fully, and thinking outside the box while staying within the brand narrative and guidelines.
