We are a fast-growing creative first performance marketing agency based in Ahmedabad. We help fast-growing eCommerce and D2C brands create scroll stopping ads that convert and also manage paid media for them. Our clients spend INR 50L - 5 Cr+ monthly on ads and have extremely high expectations for their partners. Some of our clients include WintWealth, Canva India, Oziva, Dhan app, Ambrane, Kyaari, Ajmal Perfumes and more.

About the Role:

This is the perfect entry point for someone passionate about
creative content production
and wants to learn the art of creating high-converting ads from the ground up. You'll work directly under our Associate Creative Director, getting hands-on experience in every aspect of content production while building the foundation for a career in creative direction.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Production Support

• Assist in prop sourcing, purchasing, and organization for upcoming shoots
• Research and reach out to potential creators, models, and talent for casting
• Help create mood boards and gather reference materials under guidance
• Support location scouting and booking coordination
• Maintain organized inventory of props, equipment, and production materials

On-Set Assistance

• Assist production crew with lighting setup, equipment handling, and set preparation
• Support on-set coordination and ensure smooth workflow during shoots
• Help direct hand-modeling and product shots under supervision
• Maintain detailed shot logs and notes for post-production handoff
• Assist with talent coordination and on-set management

Production Coordination

• Coordinate between pre-production, production, and post-production teams
• Assist with scheduling shoots, talent, and equipment bookings
• Support quality control and ensure deliverables meet brand guidelines
• Help with basic administrative tasks related to production workflows

• Strong passion for creative content and video production
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Physical stamina for on-set work (standing, moving equipment, etc.)
• Flexibility with working hours during shoot days

Technical Knowledge (Preferred but not required)

• Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
• Familiarity with photography/videography concepts
• Interest in performance marketing and ad content

Bonus Points:

• You create content yourself (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Previous experience in any production environment (even college projects)
• Basic knowledge of design tools or creative software
• Understanding of e-commerce or D2C brands
