Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our business team.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing customer relationship management systems, executing targeted marketing initiatives, analyzing customer data, and collaborating with the business team to enhance customer engagement, retention, and growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases.
- Develop and implement effective CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications) to support sales and marketing objectives.
- Monitor customer engagement metrics, conversion rates, and churn, providing actionable insights to the business team.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to personalize and optimize customer journeys.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Support loyalty and retention programs, including customer feedback and satisfaction surveys.
- Assist in automating CRM processes and workflows to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Experience in B2B or B2C environments.
- 1–3 years of experience in a CRM, marketing, or customer engagement role.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Moengage, Firebase, Kwikengage).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Excel or Google Sheets
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data quality and customer insights.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and customer segmentation strategies.
